Repair Process

Our repair process is derived from several modern business strategies, including Lean Principles, Six Sigma, the Theory of Constraints, and Japanese ParaKaizen (a culture of continuous improvement).

We have an integrated production-line system in which each incoming vehicle is evaluated, then assigned to one of three routes: light, medium, or heavy damage.

Along each route, the sequence is the same--evaluation, disassembly, production, paint booth, reassembly, and detail. No vehicle moves to the next area until ALL details are taken care of. A rolling parts cart follows each vehicle, stocked with the parts needed only for that job.

Once the complete repair is finished, the car is returned to the owner with a rose!
