Appraiser: Pat Wilcox
Pat is the manager of our Springfield location. He has over 20 years experience in the collision repair business including lead painter, production and appraising. Pat single-handedly manages the Springfield location and does a super job. Pat is married with 4 kids.  In his spare time he loves to fish and play golf. 

Parts Director: Steve Whaley
Steve knows his 'stuff' when it comes to the collision repair industry, he has been around vehicles since he was a kid and in this industry for over 30 years. Steve loves to build hot rods, enjoys day trips with his lovely wife Sandy and plays in the popular band Coupe de Ville. You'll find him humming a tune and singing around the office and generally keeping us all in good spirits.

Client Care Coordinator: Tabatha Meyer
Tabby is our go-to "Customer Service Specialist".  What would we do without her?  We affectionately call her "Central Hub" because she is the one who has the information and answers to all our questions concerning customers and their vehicles, the insurance companies we work with and questions like "how do I ...." or "where is the.....".  Tabby is an awesome mom to a rambunctious and cute son.

Sara Netzel: Office Manager
Since 2006. Sara is a dynamic and thoughtful member of our management team. She is our Office Manger who also backs up our office staff on customer service. Sara is married to a returning vet of the Iraq war. She is the mother of a toddler.

Production Team Leader: Jimmy Tennison
Jimmy is our Production Team Leader. He is the glue that holds this team together. Jimmy came to us in 2000 as a "technician in training" and we have enjoyed watching him grow as a technician, team leader and general all over cool guy!! He enjoys riding and working on his Quads and spending time with his extended family.  He spent the last year helping a friend build a home in his spare time.  What a guy!!!!

Doug has been a body technician for over 28 years and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and professionalism for the Springfield location. Doug has been at our Springfield location since 2004. Doug has two teenage sons and enjoys time spent with them

Kenny Jordan
Technical trainer and Production Technician: Ken returns to our team after several years. When Ken discovered what Old Dominion was doing with Lean Production, he found his interests piqued and decided to rejoin the team. He is an invaluable team member whose time is spent between working on the vehicles and training our technicians on the latest repair techniques. Kenny has over 20 years experience in the field of collision repair and is an I-CAR Platinum technician.

Jeff Greenough - Team Leader
Production Technician and Mechanical Technician. Jeff has over 7 years experience in the mechanical and collision field. Along with the rest of our team he recently attended a 4 day Greenbelt Training session to better understand the concept of Lean Production. He came away from the class full of enthusiasm and great new ideas.

 Rolando Altamirano Rolando is the support team for our Eugene Paint department.  He is an important member of our Safety team.  He helps bring weekly safety tips to our Monday morning meetings.

Danny Pease-Retired
Since 1984. Enjoys Gardening, Woodworking and Carpentry. Has a wife of 3 years and 2 children.

Frank Williams
Since 1994, Married 11 years and has 2 children. Frank enjoys camping, hiking and biking with his family in his spare time. He is also another of our snowboarders at Old Dominion.

Ken has been painting for over 10 years. Ken travels daily from Salem area to be part of our team.  We appreciate Ken's great sense of humor, his impeccable paint procedures and his ability to lead the paint team.

Bryan McConnell
Bryan is a retired UPS driver and decided to keep an eye on his wife by helping out around the shop in 2005.  He calls himself "The Lifter" but we can't imagine this place without him now.  He is our Safety Director, Porter, Driver, Gardener and "lifter".  Married to Patricia McConnell since 1990 he tries to keep her out of trouble.

Sebastian and Angel make up our disassembly and reassembly team under the supervision of Jimmy and Matt. They are a dynamite team and do not know what it means to say "no". They are willing to do whatever it takes to get the job right and willingly take on whatever task comes their way. We love having these guys on our team!!! They brighten every day.
