Dear Ms. McConnell:
Last week I had the tailgate of my 1999 Voyager replaced at your establishment, and on the basis of that experience, I would like to congratulate you on assembling a first-rate operation.
First of all, the workmanship of repairs was first-rate. My mechanic (and insurance company) recommended your shop and both were accurate in their praise of the work. Secondly, your receptionist was professional, efficient, and friendly. She expedited the paperwork effortlessly and crisply. Also, as retired contractor/builder, I admired the clean, organized, and efficient work areas, both office and shop.
In addition, I would like to express my appreciation for the efforts of Dustin, the estimator/scheduler. When I called on Wednesday last and discovered that the car was not going to be ready on Thursday as promised, I explained to him a dilemma I had (in-laws arriving from the east coast on Thursday at 9:30). He immediately indicated that he would try to resolve this problem. Within an hour he called and indicated he had made arrangements for mechanics to work late and the car would be ready at 8:30 Thursday. The vehicle was delivered cleaned and complete, with a rose on the front seat.
Such professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail is all too rare in today’s business world and is much valued when it occurs. It has truly been a pleasure doing business with you. Congratulations and thank you.
